Site delivery, loss-aware specification and IS-marked lifting equipment for contractors and developers.
Site tooling has a different economics to plant tooling: tools live outdoors, get handled by rotating labour, and go missing. Every purchase decision here is really a decision about how much durability is worth against an accepted loss rate, and pretending otherwise leads to buying premium tools that walk off site in a month.
So the useful advice is not "buy the best". It is knowing where durability genuinely pays (rotary hammers, lifting gear, levels, measuring) and where a consumable-grade tool is the right answer because it will be lost long before it wears out. We will tell you which is which rather than upselling both.
The third thing that matters is delivery. Site stores are not registered offices, and a consignment that arrives where nobody can sign for it is a consignment that has not arrived. The customer base runs from metro and road package contractors and industrial builders around Pithampur and Sanwer through precast yards and RMC plants to MEP, plumbing and interior contractors.
We deliver to the site store, not just to the registered office, with a delivery challan the site engineer can sign. It sounds procedural until the week it saves you two days.
Tapes, levels, chisels, blades and bits in the quantities a live site actually consumes, on a repeat cycle rather than an emergency purchase every fortnight.
We'll tell you where to buy durable and where to accept a consumable-grade tool, instead of quoting the premium tier on everything. On a site with rotating labour, that distinction is most of the savings.
Chain blocks, jacks and pulling equipment supplied with the capacity markings and documentation a safety audit will ask for, because unmarked lifting hardware is the one economy on a site that is genuinely not worth making.
Survey through to the site store. Each activity has a tool set, and on a live site those sets get mixed within a week unless the store issues them separately.
Sizing guidance for the equipment a safety audit will actually look at. Everything below gets selected above the maximum load with margin, never at the rated limit, because the rated limit is a test figure, not a working one.
| Equipment | Range | Sizing note |
|---|---|---|
| Hydraulic Bottle Jack | 2–50 T | Check both capacity and lift height; the second one is what catches people out on a precast job |
| Table Lifter | 150 kg upward | For wheeled and staged loads, not for suspended lifting |
| Lifting Accessory | 500–1500 kg stackers, straps | Rated and marked; check the marking survives site conditions, not just the first inspection |
| Hand Truck / Trolley | Platform and sack trucks | The cheapest way to stop manual handling injuries on a finishing floor |
| Wire Rope Cutter | Matched to rope diameter | A hacksawed wire rope end is a frayed rope end |
| Pry Bar · Sledge Hammer | Positioning and persuasion | Needed alongside every lift, and always forgotten in the quote |
| Chain pulley block | 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 T | Select above the maximum load with margin, never at the rated limit; sourced to order, marked and certified |
| Lever hoist (pull lift) | 0.75–6 T | For pulling and positioning, not sustained suspension |
| D-shackles, eye bolts, slings | Rated and marked | Never substitute unmarked hardware from the local market; this is the one item where the saving is not a saving |
Published plainly, because it should be: capacity marking, periodic inspection, and never exceeding rated load. Unmarked lifting hardware bought locally is a genuine risk: it has no traceable proof load, no material certificate and no way for an inspector to accept it, and it fails without warning rather than with it. We would rather lose the order than supply it, and we would rather tell you that than offer a discount.
The site kit, grouped by trade. Ticked against a rotating labour force, this is what a site store should be able to issue on any given morning.
Loss-aware note. On this list, the items worth buying at the durable tier are the levels, the laser, the lifting gear and the rotary hammer. Tapes, knives, blades and small pliers should be bought as consumables and reordered on a cycle, because on a site with rotating labour they will be lost long before they are worn out, and paying premium for that is just a more expensive way to lose them.
The rotary hammer is the workhorse of an Indian site and the one place where grade genuinely decides whether the tool finishes the project.
Site note. Cordless tools need a battery plan, not just a tool plan. Two batteries per tool as a minimum, one charger per crew, and one battery platform across the whole site: mixing platforms is how a site ends up with nine chargers and no charged batteries.
The repeat order. On a live site this list is the whole relationship: if it arrives reliably, nothing else gets discussed.
Priced, stocked lines only, and where a cheaper tier is the right answer, we say so.
The site-grade hand tool line: tapes, levels, knives, hammers, tool bags and boxes. Built for handling rather than for a bench, which is the right trade-off when tools rotate between people.
Rotary hammers, breakers and the cordless platform. This is where paying up genuinely returns: the rotary hammer is the tool that decides whether the electrical rough-in stays on programme.
The consumable-grade end done honestly: chisels, pliers, spanners, hacksaw blades and cutting wheels at volumes a site burns through, where replacing is cheaper than protecting.
Pipe wrenches, heavy spanners, bolt cutters and jacks for the plumbing and erection trades.
Pipe vices, bench equipment and work lighting for the site workshop and fabrication yard.
Send the site address, the trades on it and the programme. We'll quote the issue kits by trade, mark which items to buy durable and which to buy as consumables, and deliver to the site store with a challan your engineer can sign.
